Hi guys We have the same issue at one of our sites. It’s IPO 500V2 11.0.4.1.0, but we don’t have Media Security enabled. The phones are a mix of 9611g and J169 but always seems to be a handful of 9611’s that don’t recover. Any further advice would be appreciated.

Hi t3rm3y Try speaking with Gamma again, we had this issue and they ended up rolling back the changes they had done on endpoints. We had exactly the same issues you described. Mike

Hi NickAbb I had exactly the same issue, upgraded to 9.1.8 and worked like a charm.

Hi Bonker Check the voicemail password in security settings and make sure you enter the same in the vm pro client.
