    Just an update The incompatible issue was resolved with an upgrade to 10.1.0.1 with a hotfix patch supplied by Avaya. I am still working on the MOH issue.

    This is not a fault , just need to know why it is happening. I have an IP Office with 10.1 using SIP trunks from Gamma. A user has a speed dial named for ex Joe Blogs he uses the speed dial to call the display on his phone shows Joe Blogs until the call is connected then the display name...

    Thanks all for your help I added a static route to the ipo of 192.168.44.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.42.254 gave my laptop an ip on the .44 range with default gateway of 192.168.44.254 And I can connect and ping the ipo from any port on the switch Thanks again

    Hi snowman Yes the switch sets itself with voice vlan 42 and data vlan 44 I have set my laptop with an ip on both but can't see the iPo What route would I need to add to the iPo ?

    Hi I have set up an iPo on 192.168.42.1 with dhcp An Avaya ers3500 switch on 192.168.42.254 / 192.168.44.254 Ip phones are registering to the iPo with no issues and I can log them on and call between them. When I connect my laptop to the switch I cannot ping the iPo or find it with manager...
