    OH and I have read a few of the other posts and changing the short code to 9911 is not going to work for us as we also own our building and have other tenants that some are on our system.

    I know this sounds stupid but are you sure you are typing the username with proper case? Its case sensitive

    You will need to login to Manager | Expand your IP Office | System | Telephony | Call Log tab under that | Enable Log Missed Calls Answered at Coverage Click OK and File | Save Config and merge it
