One x cannot log-in

First One-x install. R8.1.69 IPO 500 V1. I can access the user log-in screen. I put the user name and password and it just keeps coming back as invalid user name and password. Tried from multiple computers.

I can log-in as the admin and that works fine.

I know this sounds stupid but are you sure you are typing the username with proper case? Its case sensitive

Are there spaces in the user name?

Was there at least one user enabled for On-X Portal while installing it?
What OS did you install One-X Portal on?
Did you login as admin and finished the installation?
Is the user enabled for One-X Portal?

Thanks for all the responses. The name/password was correct (no spaces). I did enable one user prior to installation. It is a 2003 server machine, and I did log-in as admin to finish the installation.

The client had another machine (2003 server) as well and I ended up installing it on that machine and it worked fine. The original server was close to the minimum needed space requirements and I think that might have been causing the issue. That's the only thing I can think of that was different. Unless something corrupted during installation, but I re-installed once prior to trying the other machine. I think there was just too much running on the original server. Thanks again.
