Dear All,
I have a NEC IP phone at a remote site connecting to the SV 9100 system by VPN.
The phone will disconnect and reconnect while receiving a call.
No problem with outgoing calls and all the IP phones on the local site.
Does anyone know what caused this?

Do you mean port forward is required if the VPN is not fully open?
Firewalls and VPN are provided by the other company.
I will ask them to open the ports for DSP Address first.

I have just connected 2 NS 700 Main Units with an IP Gateway.
Site A (KX-NS 700) > V-IPGW > VPN < VIPGW < Site B (KX-NS 700)
The call can be made between 2 sites, phones will ring. But no audio.
