ns 700 ip gateway

Hi,

I have just connected 2 NS 700 Main Units with an IP Gateway.
Site A (KX-NS 700) > V-IPGW > VPN < VIPGW < Site B (KX-NS 700)

The call can be made between 2 sites, phones will ring. But no audio.
Both digital and IP phones.

The call can be made between Digital and IP Phones at local.

Does anyone know what causes the problem?

Is it a fully open vpn. Audio ports are 12000 to 12511 and connect to the dsp ip address.

What firewalls are you using for the vpn?

Hi obt,

Do you mean port forward is required if the VPN is not fully open?

Firewalls and VPN are provided by the other company.
I will ask them to open the ports for DSP Address first.

Hi Bowwil ,
Disable the SIP-ALG of Firewalls .

Disable H.323 ALG, disable any firewall, NAT, PAT, masquerading - there should be fully opened VPN.
