Dear All,
I have a NEC IP phone at a remote site connecting to the SV 9100 system by VPN.
The phone will disconnect and reconnect while receiving a call.
No problem with outgoing calls and all the IP phones on the local site.
Does anyone know what caused this?
Please help.
