That was IT!!! Thanks a lot CarGoSki. 321 was the only ext under the Forced Accounts I have no clue how it got there. Is there something that could force them with out you going into the switch and do it manually? Let me know Thanks again. Bob Ramos

I wrote that backwards!!! "Forced Account Code" Ext 321, VALUE = YES Ext 322, VALUE = NO (This ext works fine)

I printed anothe rext info that is on the same calling group and that IS able to make outside phone calls and theonly difference between both of them is the "Forced Account Code" the value is "NO" on ext 321 and "YES" on the other ext. Any Ideas? Let me know Thanks Bob
