correct, Nothing shows during the trunk trace. So when i dial the carriers's number (which is coming from a verizon voip system) it does not forward to our avaya system and does not hit the trunk. When you dial it, it automatically is given a "this call can not be completed at this time" message.

Yes, I can trace the trunk. Calls are working and everything is operating normally. Trunk is set up Two way, Protocol A, Duplex FULL

i actually dont see anything in ASA under "change system-parameters ip-options" for SNMP...

looks like its enabled within the h323. Theres a line where it has "SNMPADD" with an ip address in the field, and then theres a line underneath, "SNMPSTRING" which is set to PUBLIC I'm assuming thats it.
