You would need to have the rule in your TP agreement. If your translator does not correctly fail the data, then contact the vendor and see if it is design issue or code problem.

Functional maps need defined inputs (with type trees). There is no definition for DBQUERY.

It's based on Pick Basic, so you could search for books on that too.

Might be stupid question, but can the printer handle what you are sending it? What do you see if you print to file?

Another possibility: Look for a global company. I know several that have offices in the UK, Poland, Russia, China, India, etc. and they work together on prjects for customers all over the world.

Posted in wrong forum. You need the one titled Mercator Software.
You should be able to drag and drop, as long as the item in card 9 is not a functional map call.

Looks like you want to test to see if this is a duplicate? You can use the UNIQUE function.

Sounds like it is caused by the settings for the Pervasive ODBC Client Interface. Do you have the odbc.ini file set up and in datastage's environment?

The faster the server, the more likely the situation Janhes describes can happen.
Single threading will solve the issue but can slow down the system. Another option is to spread out the directories the files are created in.
You could use GETANDSET so that the value of 1 = director 1, 2=directory...
Not to webmethods.
