Is there anyone on this list using WebMethods and Mercator / WTX? Any comparisons or tips you can provide?

I haven't had any hands on experience of WebMethods but it is used where I work.

Transformation in WebMethods is weak, the main strength is the mapping of all data to cannonical data models. This way information can easily be extracted, there are well defined business processes and you can use business activity monitoring.

Webmethods also supports RosettaNet and web services.

WebMethods seems to be less efficient than Mercator, all installations I've come across use a large number of servers.

You thinking of changing jobs? ;-)

Not to webmethods.

I am open to 6 figure (USD) offers :)
