Using IMS on an IPO406v2 (3.2.17) and VMPro (3.2.15)
No noticable problems but receiving the following warning in the application log.

get rid of the third CA button (c=) and add RESERVE_LAST_CA=1 to the source of to the NoUser account.
This will allow only one active incoming call on the set.

1- Switch off power to the IP Office Control Unit.

I have a similar situation in CRM 3.0 where the account telephone number field is typically entered as XXX-XXX-XXXX
The IPO will send it as either:
9XXXXXXXXXX (with the Line Prefix set to '9')
XXXXXXXXXX (with the Line Prefix empty)
If I enter the CRM telephone numbers as XXXXXXXXXX it works...
1. Log into CMS as root2 or cmssvc.
2. To verify that the required packages are installed, enter: pkginfo -x | grep LU
Verify that the following packages are installed:
• LUahl
• LUaot
• LUim
• LUorbutil
3. To obtain the cms version,
enter: pkginfo -x cms

This works on my IPO406v2 3.1(29) using a 5420 telephone.
1- Have someone dial your extension.
2- While your phone is ringing, press a second call appearance button(b=) and get dialtone.
3- Now press your MESSAGES button and it should show:
