Other than installing PEP's we haven't re-booted our Callpilot. Last time was probably over a year, We have others out in the field that probably haven't been done in years.

You can teach a voice guy to do data work but you can't teach a data guy to do voice. Too complicated for them. Try to get a data guy to trace out a connection, probably won't happen.

That still won't tell you the phone number of something in a block without going thru the applications, however that statement is quite true. [smile]

Not in App Builder. you will have to go thru each application individually. Call Pilot reporter will not help you either.
Lesson learned? DOCUMENT these applications and save them where you can find them.

You will need at least 22.5 gig to back it up and if multiple copies are kept more than that. We use a 1 terabyte USB drive to back ours up.

If you have a Call Pilot voicemail you can have separate Busy and no answer greetings that the users setup. Make sure the prompt "callers notified of busy line" is checked in their mailbox and users record both greetings.

Sounds like your not that familiar with Nortel programing so be careful in there.
