Other than installing PEP's we haven't re-booted our Callpilot. Last time was probably over a year, We have others out in the field that probably haven't been done in years.

You can teach a voice guy to do data work but you can't teach a data guy to do voice. Too complicated for them. Try to get a data guy to trace out a connection, probably won't happen.

That still won't tell you the phone number of something in a block without going thru the applications, however that statement is quite true. [smile]

Not in App Builder. you will have to go thru each application individually. Call Pilot reporter will not help you either.
Lesson learned? DOCUMENT these applications and save them where you can find them.

You will need at least 22.5 gig to back it up and if multiple copies are kept more than that. We use a 1 terabyte USB drive to back ours up.

If you have a Call Pilot voicemail you can have separate Busy and no answer greetings that the users setup. Make sure the prompt "callers notified of busy line" is checked in their mailbox and users record both greetings.

Cell phones have marginal call quality at best thru the PSTN, so echo does not surprise me. If your calls are ALL OK to other numbers (Non- Cell) probably not the PBX. Maybe your PRI's levels are a little "hot", you would need to get the provider to check them.

You should post this in the CS1000 forum as this is the Call Pilot forum. Secondly, what are you asking? Most of the keys on a 3904 set are default and the picture you sent looks fine to me.

IF you are doing User archive backups you could restore 1 mailbox BUT it will only restore what is on the backup from that last time it was done.
