Hi - so I have a application that has a block routing to a cell number...but I can remember the application names I programmed this for (we have hundreds of apps). Is there a way to do a search in App Builder against that mobile number which would show me what application it's referenced in? ...or would you need something like CallPilot Reporter to do that? :(

thanks

Not in App Builder. you will have to go thru each application individually. Call Pilot reporter will not help you either.
Lesson learned? DOCUMENT these applications and save them where you can find them.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

If you know the DN/number that's dial to access this application, then you can look that up in the SDN table, from there, you'll be able to see the application name.

That still won't tell you the phone number of something in a block without going thru the applications, however that statement is quite true. [smile]

All your apps are saved on the server as .ED files which are text based files.
You will find these in one of these folders on the server:
D:\Nortel\cust\cust1\nm_abd\uprogE:\Nortel\cust\cust1\nm_abd\uprog\ (for multi-volume servers)
F:\Nortel\cust\cust1\nm_abd\uprog\ (for multi-volume servers)

You could search the folder with this command:
findstr /s "xxxxxxxxxxx" *.ed
Where xxxxxxxxxx is the phone number you're looking for. This should give you the file name with the App ID.
