It does work on another IPO system and the system version is 11.0.4.1!!

Hi, I have Avaya IPO running on 11.0.4.2. In Avaya IX work place when I press on "Incoming call feature" I only see Send All Calls and Mobile twinning, I don't see call Forward!! Do I need to enable any thing in the IPO config to get this feature working on ix workplace?

Are you talking about the menu under User Profile-Menu Programming? I did tick the Can Change membership and Change Service Status but no luck. Am I still missing anything?

Hi, I have Avaya IPO 11.0.4.2 with a SIP trunk. The customer complained that they receive silent calls sometimes. I collected traces for some of those calls and found the INVITE is coming from Anonymous. Any idea how to prevent these silent calls?

Thanks Lem0n. That worked for the 9508 Phone. When I tried with 1408 I didn't see the Option "My Deskphone". I found the option "Another Phone" and that didn't work for the integration between the deskphone and the IX Workplace. Any clue?
