Avaya IX Workplace

How can I make integration between the Avaya IX workplace on the Windows machine and the deskphone? i.e. similar to the integration we have between the One-X portal and the deskphone. (Control the deskphone (make a call, hold,etc...) from the desktop?

On the bottom right, there is a button where you can select "Place and Receive Calls Using..." ... "My Desk Phone":

Thanks Lem0n. That worked for the 9508 Phone.
When I tried with 1408 I didn't see the Option "My Deskphone". I found the option "Another Phone" and that didn't work for the integration between the deskphone and the IX Workplace. Any clue?
