I have a new customer with the Nitsuko 124i system, the default password for level 2 (in) will not work. The old vendor must have changed and the customer doesn't now it. Is there a back door password or do I need to default the system, which I really don't want to do!

I have a user with a 5410 with his msg light on, no messages in his mailbox and is not part of any hunt group. Has V16 as a source number, 16 is his extension number.
I have left new msgs and removed them. Still the lamp stays on.
