Adding PRI

Hello all,

Looking at the customers config off line.

They have a dig w/atm in slot1
dig w/atm in slot 2
dig w/atm in slot 3
phone2 in slot 4

Trying to add the pri daughter board to the analog card.
I assume I need to delete this card and reinstall with the pri daughter card. I know I will lose all settings for that card.
When I try to add this card, the create new record doesn't come up.
Do I need to be connected to the IP Office?

Just power down the unit and add the card, do not erase anything.
Start up the unit and the card will be recognized and initialised.
Then it needs some additional programming, thats all.
