Yes that does work.
I have it working in the lab now. Next step is to make it work on the customer network with a VLAN.
I read that LLDP doesn't work and I have to use DHCP with option 125.
I can't seem to make this work. When I use FAC #7 and the DN of the IP paging unit I can hear a relay click but no audio.
I am trying this set up on my lab system before I go install it at the customer location.
Any ideas???
Normally my company sells Mitel 3300. I am working on a SX200 ICP and cannot figure out how to copy keys to existing sets.
The new IT person wants to change all of the keys on 90 phones. I see how I can delete them and build them back with range programming with keys, but I want to just...
Has anyone ever had this issue?

Sometimes the callers on park will be able to talk to each other.
This is a medical office and they are concerned about Hippa.

Has anyone succesfully configured one of these Polycoms? The insructions from polycom.com are not any help at all.
I have built an extension as "Generic SIP Phone". I am able to log into the Polycom, but I don't see where to put the SIP password.
I see a few other threads here on this subject but none of the solutions worked for me.
What I have is a 3300CXi running 6.0 SP3 (12.0.3.15). I have a public ip address off my routed network with no firewall in between the WAN port of the 3300 and the public IP from my router.
I can ping...
Thanks everyone for the input. I now have it working. The solution was to make have a port untagged on the voice vlan (VLAN 2) and tagged on the data vlan (VLAN 1). I used port 16 for this because port 17 would not work for some reason with the same configuration.
All voice packets are tagged. All data packets are untagged. I'm pretty sure that all the switchports are in the default (out of box) configuration.
I did play with tagging voice packets and data packets on port one and see if that would allow access. It didn't.
If the CXi is set with VLAN...
I had this same thing on a CXi 6.0 SP2. What I found was somehow they were using "callback" and it makes the MWI come on. Try putting in a FAC for Callback-cancel.
I am building a new 3300 with MBG running 4 teleworker phones.
Question: How do I log into the CXi without having to issue the "vlan_off" command?
Mitel CXi is on VLAN 2, System IP is 192.168.20.2, DHCP is enabled.
Data VLAN is 1 with a Windows Server 2003 using DHCP on the 192.168.17.xxx...
No, but I did have the option to set one to CSU and the other to DSU. I did try every combo and rebooted the PBX each time, still didn't work. Unfortunately the programming is not very similar to the 3300. v
Last week our customer had a HD failure on their 200 ICP. There was no backup, and I had to rebuild the entire database. It is a small hotel and I was able to get it up and working with one exception.
There is another 200 ICP that is connected via PRI. I can't figure out how to sync the two...
