I have a system that I'm trying to allow a user to call-forward off-net. When I attempt it, I get a "denial event 1604: Cfwd offnet COS restrcted D1=0x4 D2=0xb47" I have quadruple-checked the COS call-fwd all calls 'y', restrict call-fwd off-net 'N', and still nothing. Any ideas?
