Thanks for the reply. Normally we would follow those steps to reset the Audix password, however this is a 8100/Definity One system and that menu does not exist. When you log in as SA you are dumped directly in to the Audix configuration.

I know this is a silly question, but we have had some turnover and I have an urgent need to change the SA password and I can't figure out how to do so in the D1/8100 Audix since there isn't a full menu. Help is much appreciated and there is a star involved. Thanks!
