    Yea I get all that but it doesn't have an essential or preferred edition so could I possibly add those and convert it to standard mode while re-using the other licenses? OR I still have a copy of the ADI licenses.. Could I take it back to 9.1 and re-load those? And keep it at 9.1 from here on out.

    We put the Broadvoice IP in the Local (SIP > Public > Basic) which I think seemed to fix the outbound fast busy issue. We still have the issue of the occasional 1 way audio on inbound calls.
