Zone Prefix for use on SRG

I have a zone prefix configured on a CS1000 for the zone of my distant SRG.
I've entered the prifix in the SPN database but I do not route over my SIP trunks. The call is routing over the local PSTN as if the zone prefix is not being sent. Has anyone heard of this issue or have any ideas on what I may be missing here?

what is the zone and what is the spn prefix and what is the final number you are calling. I have found issues where the zone number is the area code, and the prefix is the area code and the user is trying to dial 10 digit local. I couldn't get it to work and Avaya couldn't figure it out. Changed the Zone and Zone Prefix to something different and it works with no issue.

Thanks for the quick response. I've been poking around and noticed the BCM does not have any SIP licenses, only VOIP.
If I remember correctly, VOIP licenses only support H323 and you need seperate licenses for SIP. Can you confirm this?
I did not install the SRG as it in another part of the country and was contracted out. The SRG is registered to the CS1000 using H323 protocol however the CS1000 only contains SIP trunks and NOT H323 trunks. I'm thinking I will need SIP trunk licenses on the BCM or H323 licenses on the CS1000.

Even though I have no SIP trunks on the BCM, I still do not see my zone prefix being dialed on the CS1000. The zone prefix is configured as 100 in the DC1 of the zone of the SRG location and the zone is enabled. I configured SPN 1007.
7 is the first diigit of the local number I'm dialing. The SPN is pointed to the SIP trunks in the CS1000 but there is no attempt to access the SIP route when monitoring the SIP D channel. The call is simply routed out the local PRI on the CS1000. It's as if the zone prefix is never being inserted?
