Ever since I reconfigured my Zone alarm program control tab I am unable to access anything requiring a password ie...This site, hotmail, yahoo mail etc. I got rid of all X's and it's still the same. Appreciatd in advance...
If you disable Zone Alarm are you successful in navigating to password protected sites ? If so,I would select the lowest setting on each tab on Zone Alarm and go fron there.
I switched from the free Zone Alarm to CA's version of Zone Alarm. Having similar problems.

While leaving the ZA settings on medium, I left yahoo email and went to my other email site (hotmail). Got in with no problem. Then went to this site, used my password and no problem.
