Hi

Clearly no-one has had this problem on this forum

can anyone suggest an alternative forum???

Must say its a very frustrating problem

I am not familiar with that particular printer, but ...

Perhaps this is a 64 bit issue

Perhaps this is an issue with your application and not the driver

I notice that the printer does 300 or 600 dpi?? If that is the case, try changing the resolution and see if that has any effect.

Is this a "window only" printer, or can you program it using a zebra printer language like ZPL II?

As a last resort you could try calling Zebra tech support. On the couple of occasions where I needed some clarification, they were VERY helpful.

Thanks for the suggestions

Used different computer and loaded different drivers (seagull)

Printer can be programmed with ZPL 11 but have never done so

Have used sifferent software

Zebra do not want to know as this is now an unsupported printer

Still no luck in solving problem

Hi

I did a media calibration and a media/ribbon calibration to no effect
thanks
