Yealink W70B w/ W59R phone will not register with Avaya IP office

This is my 1st Yealink product. Seems straight forward. But I cannot get this Yealink W70B w/W59R phone account to register. The Avaya seems to be denying the registration because of "incorrect userId and password". But I do not see how. I believe it has something simple to do with my setup in the Avaya. I am posting screenshots to see if anyone can see any mistakes. The password is 111415.I have been just replicating an Avaya D160 which I have used before.

Its not SIP dect in IPO. its just 3rd Party SIP. the DECT is from the yealink base to the phone
