Open the registry editor (Start >Run >regedit) and navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Explorer\ RunMRU
The commands you have entered will be listed in the right pane under the values of a, b, c, d, etc.
