XP Pro and Unified Manager

I have just installed XP Pro SP2 and cannot log onto any BCM using Unified Manager. Advanced gives me no indication of sun or microsoft VM, I have disabled antivirus and set all connections to lower security for sites. I can connect and access Callpilot no problem and access maintance and wizards, just cant get UM to come up on configure or preinstalled. Any Sugguestions?

Found my problem !!

I had the same problem and this worked for me.

Download the app from the BCM. In Explorer, Advanced, just uncheck the Java box. I don't know if it is necessary but I unchecked Java before installing the app from the BCM.
