Does anyone have any experience of Xima recording over SCN?

Using voicemail pro to record calls and the other site is using centralized VM.

For whatever reason, the remote site is NOT recording any calls even though the users have been set to do so. VM pro itself works fine and recording works fine locally, but no calls from the remote site are being dumped in the VRL folder, so Xima doesn't see them.

Xima, can't see anything wrong as the calls themselves are logged, just the recordings are not there. What could be wrong?

Usually you would need 2 contact store licences to make this work, hence we went with Xima as it worked out cheaper overall, but assuming that shouldn't be a problem here.

What release is your IP Office SCN? How are your SCN trunks set (Proprietary / WebSocket)? Is your voicemail server running in Windows or Linux? IMO, the issue isn't going to be with Xima as it's not actually doing the recording, VMPro is.

both systems are on 9.1, although not the same dot release.

I'm not seeing any recording in system status.

Just the 2 systems in place and a Windows VM pro

Please tell me you are not running 9.1.0 on either site...

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

the main site where vmpro is 9.1.6 and the remote site is 9.1.1

You have to change the short codes in the secondary servers so they're not the same as the primary servers. It WILL work.
I think the ars short code to turn recording on.
This is the problem and path to solution. Sorry i cant provide further information.

Nobody cares how you wear your hair, darling. Just keep doing it.

What have shortcodes got to do with anything? Recording is done automatically by the system. There should be no user intervention.
