XBK won't start file transfer

I am having a problem with an 11E. I was able to do an XBK on it 2 weeks ago without a problem using Hyperterminal. I used Xmodem as the transfer method and it went without a problem. I tried to do the same thing today and the file will not begin the transfer. Hyperterminal gave a no packet error and eventually timed out.

Are you hitting enter twice after you type XBK? And are you on Port 0?

Yes on the port 0, no on the hitting enter. Do I need to hit enter twice? If so, I guess I did so by accident the first time.
