I have been working with a school district to get their Workplace app functioning, and have it most the way there. The desktop client works perfectly, but when a call is made via the mobile client no audio is heard. I can trace the call via System Status and verified it does connect.

You would need at least a SIP trace to tell why you don't get audio, preferably a pcap.

Hi

Thanks to the lovely virus going around we have had a lot of customers start to use this as there option for business while people work from home. what we are finding is the RTP-RTCP keep alives were not on. This is found under the LAN VOIP tab. once this was on, we found that the no voice for workplace etc, went away. Just food for thought to see if its on or not.
