WMLIDLEURI 96xx phones..Anybody got this working?

Has anybody been able to successfully have the phone display an image using the WMLIDLEURI?

I have a 9640 phone on my desk and I have updated the 46xxsettings file and my phones is just sitting there saying Browser then Loading.....

Just as an update...my phone came back with the message "Page cannot be rendered"

I use it all the time. Have even set up Trusted Push Server/Subscription service and WebDAV using Tomcat and Apache on both Linux and Windows platforms. Documentation shows how to write WML/Webpages.
