Does Avaya offer phones with a wireless handset that connect to the IP Office system using VOIP? If so, can anyone recommend a model or models?

Thanks.

kirk dect I believe have what you require also known as ICON but this is in the uk

kirk isn't voip

there are two options

spectraling wireless voip phones
a second option is ipdect
but the phones are dect phones and not ip phones
the connection to the radio base stations is ip and in there converted to dect
so it is ip and it is not :)

I've used the Avaya Voice priority processor and the 3616 and 3626s a few times. They work great and are easy to install. Pricey but worth it.

Ron, can the 3626 be set up like a key set? We installed one last year, and the guy was used to a transtalk.

The problem we had was that if you were on a call, and a 2nd came in. There was no alert for the second call. Talking with Avaya, it is a fault of the phone. Has there been any change in that?

i haven't tried it. I stay away from setting up the IPO as a Key system so I am weak on that.

no they won't work without an AVPP
