I have two WiFi IP Phones 3641 installed at the client on Avaya IP Office 500 v2 system Release 7.0 (12).
There is AVPP installed also.
The WiFi Coverage is good in the area where the both WiFi phones are present.
The client is complaining that that several times a day the line is disconnecting during conversation.

Do anybody has the same experiance and have an idea how can this problem can be resolved.

Thanks

Have you performed the wireless site survey from the phone?
Is that how you determined that the signal was good and steady?
Also beware that in a city environment there are waves bouncing all over the place.
I have performed wireless surveys using a cisco pcmcia card and software to detect all rf traffic.
Those in offices with windows in large building is major cities will have frequency saturation where the freq range of the spectralinks will be saturated. In fact the access points can be less in milliwatts than the ambient saturation.

OK, I will do once again survey from the pnone,
Do you have any idea what else could be the reason for this
call disconection

Thank You
