Windows98 won't start!

Every time I start the computer, all I've seen is the booting script and then the windows98 logo. And it stays there forever. That's all I'm seeing right now, windows98 logo. I've tried ctrl-alt-delete and I still see the logo. Looks like I'm stuck unless you have any idea what's the problem.
 
Insert a Windows boot floppy(if you do not have one, then you can make one on another Win 98 system), start the computer, select 'Start without CD-ROM support', press Enter, at the A:\> prompt type sys c: and press Enter.
