Windows XP Installation

Currently my version of Foxpro 2.6 is running on Windows ME with the "divide by zero" patch installed. I am getting a system installed with Windows XP and I was wondering if that patch will still work (it's a bit dated) and if anyone has incountered any other problems. The new system is specifically going to be for this foxpro version and I'd rather not get it if it isn't going to work.

I have been using a patched version of FPW 2.5 on XP as well as NT 4, NT 2000, Win '98, '95....
There are XP issues, but not with the patch.

If this machine is specifically for FoxPro, why not install 98 or ME, or even earlier. They will all network with all other Windows if that's a problem.

Fox with patch will run just fine on XP box.

Currently running 5 xp boxes on a win2000server network just fine.

Make sure to set the "Short Date Format" to mm/dd/yy using two digits not four for the year.
