I keep disabling the DCH in LD96, then disable the loop in LD 60, then reenable both, keeps showing MBSY on all channels. What am I missing? Thanks!

So when you enable the DCH do you see an establish message? If you stat the loop in 60 is there an error against the PRI same if you LCNT the loop.

Probably the easiest way is to reset like this:

LD 96
dis dch x

LD 60
disl x
rcnt x
enll x

LD 96
enl dch x

LD 60
stat x
lcnt x

post the stat and lcnt results

Thanks for your response, Bignose21! I did just as you suggested:

I keep getting a DCH: 10 Maint. Indication Counter Value 3 64 19 255

I usually see that when my carrier has the PRI down, bad cable, etc. If you do get it back it will probably immediately go back to MBSY until the circuit is back to normal. You could through a loop on RJ45 to test.

The D-channel stat shows:

DCH 010: OPER AEST AUTO DES : PRI12

Like funk49 says try contacting carrier ask them to check

Thanks very much for your help, my friends! God bless one and all!
