pronei - I did try it but it didn't work either. The system's not taking the phone # no matter what I do. This is an Opt 11 on 3.0

Is that FAX or is DES wrong? Out it. Make a MAXP 1 ACD queue with the DN as the ACDN. NCFW to where you want. Done.

bigindian65 - would love to make it maxp1, but they want to be able to pull the forwarding back when the fax server they are being forced to go to crashes. Want to keep it (and 15 or so other fax #s) analog if possible so I can turn off the forwarding when they need.

on analog i don't think you can define the target from CLI.

leave it at cfw 16 and go to the phone and dial spre+74 and enter the target number.

then go prt the tn

on your 1st post you got a sch0356 when trying to do this change. any way you can't enter the number you want it forwarded to on analog sets and big indians correct with the #1 solution

# 1 will do the fwd on analog sets with no spree needed. I don't know if it is a generic build in or what, but has worked at multiple site for me over the years. Incidently, to cancel forward # 1 and then just hang up.
