Go to LD 57 and prt FFC. CFWA and CFWD will give you the codes set in your system to allow and disallow forwarding, and they can both be the same thing, the system is smart enough to know if it is activated pressing the same code will deactivate it.
The string is then: the FFC code as programmed in LD 57(stuttered dialtone heard for a few seconds), followed by the number, followed by # to activate.

Guys I know I am a day late and a dollar short,however on the original post the TN was programmed to hunt to an outside number,it seems as if he could have just change the CLS to HTA as oppose to HTD and the call would have hunted to the outside number.So I guess what I'm saying is that hunting was denied.

Forward is no answer condition.

yes it is good to have both allowed, but htd will not stop fna on an unanswered call.
