Do a search on eBay, then save the search having eBay notify you when someone lists a copy for sale. I have bought several legitimate copies that way, both for updating from 2.5 to 2.6 to 3.0 (Mac), and for extra copies of the manuals to replace my old dog-earred ones.

You might get lucky and find a copy for $6 + $12 shipping like I did several months ago.
