My customer just upgraded to new Verizon Flex Grow Services, there is a channel bank providing dial tone, my question is when a incoming call comes in and my customer performs f71 to transfer the caller to another location, the called party is complaining about white noise,it is not the transfered party that is complaining not sure who's responsibility this is, telco or mine.
