Whispers not playing on VDN's

Can anyone help? We have a customer who is not getting the whispers through to the agents. I think the problem is that the call comes in via a VDN which goes to a vector then there is a menu and if caller selects 1 it then routes to a different VDN which all works apart from the whisper. If you call the 2nd VDN internally then the agents hear the whisper. Cor 1 has hear VDN of origin annc.? set to yes.

You need to turn off VDN Override on the 2nd vdn. Only keep it on the 1st vdn, not the 2nd.

If not, does the agent COR have hear VDN of origin annc switched on?
