Hello all. I have been getting reports that agents are not getting whisper tones when there are getting calls. It doesn't appear to be every queue, but a good number of them. When the calls come in, the agents hear ringing, then beeps (instead of a whisper tone) and then more ringing to signify the incoming call. Could this be an indication of a failing VAL board, or something else? Any assistance would be appreciated.
