?? while transfering the call

Dear all.

is somebody come across this problem.

we recently upgraded our 406from 3.1(29) to 3.1(48),the main problem with this patchh is ,

when somebody tranfer call to another Extn untill call s answered in the phones it shows the External number once the call is answered it shows in the display ?? ( Quetion marks.

This is the bug in the realse or we need to modify something

Pls guide me to resolve the issue
