Where can i get a sip firware for my phones ? 2

Hello guys,

I recently bought a bunch openstage 40 HFA phones from my ex company that i worked. Now i want to use those phones to connect to an asterisk. I wish to change my firmware from HFA to SIP. I was told that is was possible but i can't find a place where i can download the SIP firmware to replace the HFA can someone help me ?

Here is my actual SW : Software version V2 R0.57.1 HFA 110503

Thanks for the documentation but im still wondering if i need to upload the .img on my ftp or the .zip file ?

i read the installation/upgrade procedure and it is not very clear to me, what came in my mind is do not cut the power while upgrading .

To resume.

Here what im going to do :

1. unzip the image to V3.img and put it on the FTP
2. upload the file via the WDM
3. restart the phone/ factory reset

Openstage 15
When upgrading to V3R3 from a version lower than V2R2 it is necessary to upgrade to V2R2
first. If you upgrade directly from V2R0/1 to V3R1 all the stored passwords and certificates will
become invalid. For upgrades from V2R0/1 please follow the procedure below, upgrades from
V1 are not supported.

In other words check your phone software level.
If below OS_15_SIP_V2_R2_48_0 then upgrade to OS_15_SIP_V2_R2_48_0 first.
If above OS_15_SIP_V2_R2_48_0 then directly upgrade to OS_15_SIP_V3_R3_24_0
