SIP Trunk provider Settings / IPs
---------------------------------

o Customer IP: 10.24.43.34
o IP POOL: 10.24.43.32/30
o Port: 5060
o Master Number: 38892328
o Channels: 2
o Signaling IP: 43.242.100.1
o Media IP: 43.242.100.2-4

Question is , the IPs pool of Openscape and , IP pool of "SIP trunk" provider are totally different. I can not ping SIP trunk provider IPs.
I have got free STMIX in PBX (Openscape 4000). should I connect SIP trunk directly in STMIX LAN port?
OR , our IT department should do some settings to ping SIP trunk provider IPs ?
Dear All, how can I configure this SIP trunk in my system,

I have carried out my all settings , for example BUEND , BCSU , BFDAT , CGWB ,GKREG , TDCSU , RICHT , LDAT, LDPLN,
but I can not dial and can not receive call.
Do I have to make , sip trunk profile ? if yes then how can I make ?
Please let me know what is left ?
