Where can I buy Visual dBase 5.5 compiler ?

I'm involved with a company having about 10 year old DOS dBase systems that they want to convert into Visual dBase.
We have got Borland's Visual dBase 5.5, but it is without compiler.

Does anybody know where can we obtain a compiler?
