I'm waiting too!! After reading the last thread, I feel it necessary to correct my profile. I've been working for a "vendor" for the last 27 years and with Norstar since 1991. This is a great forum with some great people providing quality information and I thank all who have helped me.

They apparently ran into some troubles after the upgraded site changeover. Patience should pay off soon though.
