What is caller ID "54_X" means?

sometimes the incoming call shows the caller ID as "54_1""54_2""54_3", etc.
when I trace the call, the log show as below:

Does anyone have any idea or suggestion aboout this?

Looks to me like a call that has no CLID info is coming in and you are seeing the route ACOD and trunk member number. If someone blocks the CLID or their line doesn't put out CLID, then the telephone display will show the route access code and trunk member number.
